Balsam Poplar Salve is an age-old remedy used for soothing cuts, scrapes, burns, sore joints and muscles, eczema and psoriasis. The resinous and fragrant buds of the balsam poplar (Populus balsamifera) are allowed to macerate (infuse) in oil for 3 months for extra potency. Balsam Poplar salve also has traditional use as a chest rub to relieve congestion.
To use: gently massage into affected area as often as necessary to find relief.
