FALL RESET
The truth is that our sacred and brilliant bodies are already constantly cleansing and restoring themselves. All the healing mechanisms are already there (liver, the lymphatic system, the function of the skin, connective tissue, respiration, the conscious mind and so much more). However, this wisdom within us is often buried underneath all our programing & cultural conditioning as we busy ourselves, to cope & distract ourselves with the things we don’t want to feel or heal.
It’s time to REMEMBER!
The truth has always been there, beneath the noise. What if we stripped away some of the noise (the busyness, the stress, the untruths) and gave these healing mechanisms more space to flex their inherent wisdom?
Awareness and agency of this body of knowledge gives us choice.
This FALL RESET is the place to dive deep into our bodies (both physical and subtle). We’ll face ourselves. Maybe we think “it’s scary in there” and maybe that’s the green light to move in and consciously occupy every corner with love and compassion, even if we’re scared. Where we’ve otherwise “rested” to escape or distract or catch up, we’ll get into our bodies & listen.

We’ll REALIZE that we used to be afraid of quiet and rest, but that it actually anchors us.
